PRIVATE TRAINING

Train with us privately on a 1:1 basis, or with a partner on a 2:1 basis.

Depending on your requirements, we train our clients in person at our BASE studio in Parkstone, at clients homes, outside spaces, and online via Zoom.


Please note that for any chosen location further than 5 miles from Parkstone, a travel charge of £5 per additional mile will be applied.

Any location within 5 miles of Parkstone will not be subject to any travel charge.

Initial Consultation &

Postural Analysis

Come along and meet us for a no obligation 

30 minute consultation where we will discuss your exercise, health and injury history, and your future goals.

 

This consultation must take place in advance of your 8 block of 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.

 

We will also perform our in-depth postural analysis where we look at your body and the way it moves in detail, enabling us to create a bespoke exercise program suitable for you and any specific individual needs you may have.

1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Block of 8 sessions

£360

These private sessions can be used as you wish over the course of 12 weeks - at the time of booking we will book in your preferred dates and times and discuss any holidays.

For best results we recommend training with us privately twice a week, or once a week alongside one or two of our group classes.

 

These sessions can be used with Emma using a variety of Mat and Reformer Pilates equipment, and / or Amy using a variety Mat Pilates, Balance, Ballet Barre, Weights and Boxing equipment.

We will discuss all options with you at your Initial Consultation & Postural Analysis.

2:1 SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 

Block of 8 sessions

£480 (£240 each)

Work-out with a friend or partner and share the benefits of private training at a reduced cost.

 

These sessions can be used as you wish over the course of 12 weeks - at the time of booking we will book in your preferred dates and times and discuss any holidays..
