Booking Window: You can book a class up to 14 days in advance. Booking window closes 2 hours before the class start time.

Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class will be non-refundable.

Late Cancel & No-Show Penalty: If you do not show up to a class or you cancel within 24 hours of the class 3 times or more within a 28 day period, you will be charged a penalty fee of £6.50 on top of the full cost of the class itself.

Should a session be cancelled by BASE you will be refunded with class credits to use at another class.​

We do not accept walk-ins or cash payment. All bookings must be made through our website.

You must be at least 14 years of age to attend any of our classes
