Reformer Pilates: BASEics
For those who are new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break. Pilates Fundamentals are the focus - building your BASEline body control before progressing to the next level.

Reformer Pilates: Mixed Ability
For client’s who have done Reformer Pilates before.
Modifications and props are used to level-up exercises, making sure everyone in the class is challenged.

Restorative Reformer Pilates
Slower, controlled sessions suitable for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or easing back into
movement after a break.

Rapid Reformer
Our signature 30 min class. Expect loud music, fast-pace and high-energy!
You must have done Reformer Pilates before. Not suitable for rebahilitation clients.

Reformer Pilates: Intermediate / Advances
These sessions should only be attended
on the recommendation of your BASE instructor. Exercises are progressive and
built upon over a number of weeks.
Only suitable for experienced clients who have been attending regular Reformer Pilates classes / 1:1's with us.

Reformer Power Pilates Circuit
Suitable for intermediate clients who want variety and intensity.
A unique format using the full Reformer suite: Reformer, Tower, Chair, and other
apparatus. These circuit classes develop full-body strength, balance, coordination & power.
Great for clients who thrive on variety and enjoy pushing themselves in a structured, high-energy setting. You must have done Reformer Pilates before.

BASEcamp
Suitable for: Intermediate clients who want variety and intensity.
These high energy circuit-style classes develop full-body strength, balance, coordination and core power using a variety of freeweights, battle ropes, boxing kit and other apparatus.
Great for clients who thrive on variety and enjoy pushing themselves in a structured, high-energy setting.

Mat Power Pilates & SCULPT
High-intensity, dynamic workouts to loud music. These classes are fast-paced and energetic -incorporating free weights, resistance bands & balls.
Designed to elevate heart rate, improve muscular endurance & total body strength.
Best suited to clients who are already familiar with exercise and are looking to challenge their limits in a supportive, form-focused environment.

Restorative Mat Pilates
Slower tempo and controlled movements create a safe space for clients managing pain, returning to exercise, or focusing on long-term functional movement patterns.
Focus is on mobility, joint stability, core control, and proper alignment.
Excellent for post-rehab clients or those working on foundational strength and
mobility.

BARRE-lates (standing Pilates)
Suitable for everyone – from beginners to experienced movers. This is NOT a Dance Class!
Low-impact, full-body conditioning class inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional
movement - using resistance bands, balls and small hand weights.
Focuses on postural strength, joint stability, balance, and control.
Perfect for pre and postnatal clients.

BARRE BLAST
Our signature 30 min BARRE BURN!
Expect loud music, fast-pace and high-energy! This is NOT a Dance Class!
