Amy is passionate about helping others feel empowered in their body and mind - focusing on what your body IS capable of.

Technique, posture and balance are key to Amy's style of training.

 

Having encountered numerous injuries resulting in her daily management of chronic inflammation and pain; her vision to create a technique focused and inclusive space for functional movement that empowers ALL bodies, no matter what barriers may present them selves, was sparked.
