Private Reformer Pilates

with Emma, BASE Co-Founder

STOTT Reformer Pilates, Reformer Tower, Chair & Cadillac, and Mat Pilates

In Emma's sessions your will use all of our Pilates kit - including Reformer Bed, Reformer Tower, Reformer Chair, Arc Barrell as well as Mat Pilates props. Emma's speciality is rehabilitation and her sessions are always led from our BASE principles of mobility, balance, strength and performance. Emma's sessions take place at our BASE Space in Parkstone.

Personal Training

with Amy, BASE Co-Founder

STOTT Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and

L3 Strength & Conditioning Personal Trainer

Pilates led Personal Training means training with a BASE-line of posture, form and function - Amy's PT sessions will include elements of Mat Pilates, Barre (standing pilates) Weight Training (using free weights and battle ropes), TRX and Bosu Ball for Balance. Amy's sessions can take place at our BASE Space, at client's homes, outside and on Zoom. Amy's speciality is injury preventions, rehabilitation and balance training.

Our most comprehensive Private Training service where you will split your sessions between Emma & Amy for our fullest and most wholistic approach to training and rehabilitation.

Private Group & Enterprise Packages

Private Group Sessions

What could be more fun than bringing together your own group for some uplifting movement, at a tume that suits you.

Host a one-off session or schedule weekly sessions for your and your friends, or your staff force and become one of our Enterprise clients.

These sessions are for a minimum of 3 people. Depending on your chosen type of movement and location, we can cater to a maximum of 20 people in person and 100 people via Zoom.

Private sessions can take place at our BASE Space Studio in Parkstone, at a location of your choosing, or via Zoom.
