Lucy Munson

Lucy has a particular interest in working with people who have experienced injuries or illness, showing them the wonder that Pilates and movement can do for their bodies.


Having had a chronic illness since childhood and struggling with exercise intolerance as a teenager, she took up Pilates to help manage her symptoms and build her tolerance to exercise. The progress she made with Pilates changed the way she viewed exercise and movement, so much so that she decided to become a teacher herself in the hope that she could make the same impact, and difference to someone’s life, as Pilates had on hers.

"I teach Pilates is for all bodies, and no matter what ailment, injury or barrier you may have, I believe even the smallest of movements can make a huge difference to both your physical and mental wellbeing."
