Danielle Gomez

Danielle became an instructor over 12 years ago after developing a love for Pilates and finding it frustrating to find very few instructors locally. Over the years Danielle expanded her training to encompass reformer, barre and many other variations of pilates using props such as resistance bands, overballs, fitness balls, weights, circles, rollers and many more! Danielle wants classes to be fun, light hearted and offer something different each time.

“I truly believe that no two bodies are the same and everyone, regardless of ability or injury should be supported to find a way to move their body free of pain. I love helping my clients to perform beyond their expectations whether it’s finding strength, improving mobility or rebuilding after injury.”

In 2019, Danielle became a mother and discovered a new understanding of the changes and challenges the body can face after pregnancy, child birth and parenthood.

Following a short break to enjoy maternity (and a lockdown or 2) Danielle’s husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2021 and underwent major surgery shortly afterwards. This has given Danielle first hand knowledge of recovery post surgery and also a specialist insight to those who are undergoing cancer treatment or recovering from something similar.
