Booking: You can book onto a class 14 days prior to the class and up to 2 hours before the class start time.

Cancellation: Our cancellation window closes 24 hours prior to the class start time.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class time will not be refunded or transferred. 

Should a session be cancelled by BASE you will be refunded if you had registered for that session.

We do not accept walk-ins or cash payment. All bookings must be made through TeamUp.
