FULL BODY BASECAMP - These fun and uplifting group classes are run by our expert Base Trainers who's main aim is to make movement accessible to every body, no matter what barriers you may face. This means that our sessions are inclusive, safe, non judgmental, and open to absolutely everyone (18 years and older).

Masters BASECAMP - These low impact sessions are perfect for those over 60 or who may be recovering from injury. We focus on functional movement, strength and longevity, in a safe environment and at an enjoyable pace.

Our BASECAMPS are hugely varied with a different style of training each class, ranging from strength and resistance circuits, ballet barre, Pilates, boxing and core stability.

Our BodyFit trainers are highly experienced and will tailor any move to suit your body and capabilities. 

We train in ALL weathers from summer sunshine through to winter snow, so come prepared!
